* disclaimer
I know that this new MOTOMATIC intake and carb combo will just destroy the 15 bing all around and is worth every penny. ( You should buy one )
I like the comradery between moped builders/tuners and decided to write my rebuttal on the subject.
I heart you rafter/nate/motomatic team
Working on V6.66 tomorrow

Ryan, How ling did that kit last?
Comment by Rafter October 25, 2010 @ 5:57 pmAND!!!! Thanks for the kind words and links!
Comment by Rafter October 25, 2010 @ 5:58 pmThe kit is still running, 2 years now and was at ceremony on the “lady gorilla” that west seattle steve owns.
Mine however lasted 3 years until it died, snagging the ring on the exhaust port. ( I was dumb and let the ring wear go to long ) Its still usable, but would need to raise the exhaust around 2.5mm to get rid of the smear and chipped lining. Not too good for a daily

Comment by zack October 27, 2010 @ 6:20 amIm not sure, we didnt have the gps on his bike then and I dont remember what setup he had going on there that weekend, I know he was messing around with gearing all weekend, like 18×45 18×45 and 17×40
You guys were super fast if I remember correctly.
I was only able to attend the parties at night 😦
* This was also the end of his west seattle prospecting period and the gps was from february 2010 *
